Darryl Jaraczewski

Mr. Jaraczewski spent most of his career with KI, bringing process improvement to KI's plants throughout the U.S. and the World. When he left KI in 2000, he was Senior Vice President of Operations, a key member of the Senior Executive Management Team. Among his many accomplishments, Jaraczewski was responsible for cutting millions in annual operating costs, increasing productivity and throughout by double digits, and empowering the workforce to fully adopt the new processes.

 

Richard Pedersen

Mr. Pedersen's career began at Proctor & Gamble where he was deeply involved in process improvement, new product development and operations management. Since P&G, Mr. Pedersen has been consulting in business management, marketing, and process improvement for more than 20 years

 

Michael Wentworth

Mr. Wentworth has 20 years experience providing market analysis and business strategy consulting to a broad range of companies including Sears & Roebuck, Miller Brewing, Imation, CNS, Inc., Subway Foods, R.R. Donnelly, National Car Rental, 3M, Donaldson Company, HB Fuller, Medtronic, Lord's Dental Studio, Tweet-Garot Mechanical, and Wisconsin Protective Coatings (now part of Stonehard and RPM). Mr. Wentworth holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Iowa State University.

 

Jim Auten

Mr. Auten has more than 17 years experience in various production management positions within mid-market Wisconsin manufacturers, including Graetz Mfg., Badger Sheet Metal, and Ace Manufacturing. Mr. Auten has deep experience in managing accounting, purchasing, scheduling, inventory control, and production processes. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Evangel University, Springfield, MO.
